Private Consultation and Treatment with Dr. Greenfield
Dr. Shelby offers consultations to evaluate and construct an action plan to address issues concerning Internet and personal technology overuse, abuse or addictive behaviors. In addition, he can provide information and resources to help you with your situation.
Dr. Greenfield offers a variety of treatment approaches and strategies that combine the best of traditional psycho-therapeutic treatments with or without medication, along with newer, complementary approaches that can assist in changing addictive patterns and compulsions, reducing urges and cravings, and reestablishing self-control and self-confidence.
Through working closely with Dr. Greenfield, you or your loved one can break the cycle of addiction or abuse and reconstruct a balanced, healthy and sustainable life style.
Appointments are available in 45 minute increments. Initial private consultation is 90 minutes. Intensive Outpatient Treatment is also available.

Payment, Cancellation and Insurance Policies
We require 48 hour notice for any cancellations. A 100 percent refund will be given if cancelled with a 48 hour notice.
The Center for Internet and Technology Addiction accepts all major credit cards, checks and cash for services rendered. Should you choose to pay by check and it is returned for non-payment, a $30.00 fee will be charged.
Currently, CITA does NOT accept insurance. However, we can provide a receipt for all sessions and payments made to be submitted to your insurance company for Out of Network (OON) benefit consideration. There is no guarantee that your sessions will be refunded by your insurance carrier. We recommended contacting your insurance carrier’s behavioral health management department for OON information. You may need prior approval to be eligible.
